Terms & Conditons

Last updated: 10 March 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Breakpoint Coaching Collective (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to any individual or entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) who engages in life coaching services. By booking or participating in our coaching sessions, programs, or services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Nature of Services

Life coaching is a partnership between Coach and Client to support personal and professional growth. Coaching is not counseling, therapy, medical advice, or financial/legal consulting. The Client is solely responsible for their decisions, actions, and results.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old. By engaging our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Sessions, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed sessions without sufficient notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

If the Coach must cancel, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All fees are due in advance of sessions or programs unless otherwise agreed.

Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Packages and subscriptions must be used within the stated timeframe; unused sessions may expire.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared by the Client will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to prevent harm to self or others.

Group coaching participants must respect the confidentiality of fellow members.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by the Coach (worksheets, recordings, guides, programs, etc.) are the intellectual property of Breakpoint Coaching Collective and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission. Clients may use materials solely for personal purposes.

7. Client Responsibility

The Client understands and agrees that results depend on their own effort, commitment, and follow-through.

The Coach does not guarantee outcomes, success, or specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breakpoint Coaching Collective is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice. If terminated by the Coach due to inappropriate conduct or non-payment, any unused sessions may be forfeited.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, US. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration in North Carolina.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

12. Acceptance

By engaging in coaching services with Breakpoint Coaching Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
